1.We have agent  and techinician team in Indonesia, and every year we will go to Indonesia for after-sales return visit and support technical advice.
2. The machine enjoy a lifelong service. We will provide free spare parts for the machine quality problem due to factory production  within one year;  for the problem due to human operation or over one year, we will provide the spare and charge for actualcost. 
3. We can provide a online after-sales serive, and contact by mail/wechat/whatsapp etc, or sent our after-sales team to factory according to acctual condition.
