Our screen printing machine can print on almost all flatmaterials，such as Oxford，PU leather，glass，garment，slippers，PVC and so on.sheet or roll.

We can produce machine as customer's requirement.

Such as : customer need how many print unit , how many flash cure unit(Dryer) and how many station(Pallets) ?

We also can change the pallet's size according to customer require.

The essentials required for screen printing include screens, squeegees, screen printing inks, screen printing stencils, and screen or masking tape. Screens are generally made up of two parts; the frame and the mesh that is stretched over it.

Quality comparison. Where a screen printing gives a more vibrant finish (especially when printing onto a darker surface), digital distribution is better suited to detailed work due to the layers of ink being thinner which assures the final print will turn out more precise.

Screen printing is very versatile, and the technique can be used to print on many different types of material such as textiles, plastic and latex. The surface you’re printing on does not need to be printed under pressure, so it’s commonly used for products such as balloons, clothing and wallpaper.

Shirts that are printed using vinyl will usually last for a few years before fading. On the other hand, shirts that have been screen printed will last the entire lifetime of the shirt. Screen printing is more adept at standing up to wear and tear and washing.

About 15-20 days for small machines and 30-40 days for large machines.（If there are more orders in the factory, it may be extended）.

In brief, if you wanted 100 individually personalised prints, the digital print would suit your needs. Alternatively, if you needed a higher quantity of prints that didn’t have to be personalised, then screen printing may be your best option.

Both methods have differing finishes too – if you’re looking for a more authentic, retro or softer look, you may be more interested in screen printing, however, if you’re looking for a more modern, fresh and crisp finish then digital printing is something to consider. This is just one of the things you have to consider when trying to work out the best printing method for you; we list the main benefits and drawbacks of each method below.

Screen printing can be used to apply ink to any flat surface, although the smoother the surface the better the results. Fabric and paper are the most commonly screen printed surfaces, although wood, glass, perspex and metal are also options.

A printing screen consists of a fine mesh fabric that is tightly stretched and attached to a metal or wooden frame. Traditionally these screens were made of silk, but today they are most often made of synthetic materials such as terylene.

To identify whether you have a silkscreen on your hands, look closely with a magnifying glass or loupe at where the colours meet at the edges. You should be able to see miniscule overlapping of colours in certain areas. 'Registration' is the alignment of one colour of artwork with another.

There are many reasons why screen printing is a popular technique, but the most compelling of these comes from the extensive choice of colors that can be used. Screen printing is effective on darker fabrics too. Aside from this, the printer can quickly reproduce a design many times.

3.The more you order, the cheaper the cost per unit – although the initial setup fee can be expensive, the more copies you need, the cheaper it works out. Once your artwork has been setup, you don’t need to pay the fee again which is ideal if your design rarely changes.

4.Although you can’t necessarily personalise prints using this method, we can print off badges which we can then run through a digital printer to personalise prints.

Screen printing’s original roots go back to Egyptian times with stencilling and then later in China (900 A.D.) when they first forced ink through silk fabric to create images. It was then that ancient artists first stretched silk fabric across a frame and poured hot beeswax into it. Although, it wasn’t until the 1880’s that screen printing took off as a commercial process for decorating fabric.

We will pack the machine in the plywood box  or Fumigation wooden box.
If the machine is huge , we will use wooden pallet and Bubble film to wrap it .
